As you drive over the bridge that takes you into Narooma, you will marvel at the picturesque Wagonga Inlet.
It is a great place to stop for lunch- you could grab some prawns from one of the outlets along Riverside Drive and enjoy them in the waterside park or alternatively enjoy a lovely lunch with a glass of wine at the Quarterdeck (where the kids can hand feed the fish off the end of the jetty) or at The Inlet with lovely views of the water.
We can highly recommend the coffee at Montague Coffee Roasters on ‘the flat’ at Narooma
The Mill Bay Boardwalk offers a gentle stroll along the water’s edge where you can spot manta rays, octopus and sometimes dolphins cruising past. It ends at Bar Beach which is a great spot for a swim.
There are regular boat trips from Narooma out to Montague Island where you can view the penguin and seal colonies.
